The problem
Textile washing operations rely on hundreds of chemical recipes — formulas of dyes, softeners, enzymes, and auxiliaries applied in precise sequence. Most factories track these in Excel: copy-pasted, edited by anyone, never reconciled against actual inventory. A 5% error in a recipe can ruin an entire production batch.
The solution
MWash is the system of record for everything chemical-related on the factory floor.
Capabilities
- Recipe library with version history — every change is logged, auditable, and reversible.
- Live chemical inventory — incoming stock, outgoing consumption per recipe, automatic re-order alerts.
- Per-batch reconciliation — actual consumption vs. recipe target, with variance flagged.
- Role-based access — chemists, supervisors, operators, and management each see what they need.
- Reporting — month-end consumption, cost-per-batch, waste analysis exported to ERP.
